*I understand that enrolling my child during the open enrollment period does not guarantee admission for my child at KIPP Indianapolis College Preparatory for the 2009-2010 school year. KIPP Indianapolis College Preparatory will extend offers of admission to the first 85 children whose names are picked in the lottery. You do not need to be present at the lottery in order for your child to be admitted to KIPP Indianapolis College Preparatory. If my child’s name is selected in the lottery, KIPP Indianapolis College Preparatory will contact me at the above-listed address and phone number to schedule a home visit.
If my child’s name is not selected in the lottery, his/her name will be placed on a waiting list, which is also determined by lottery. Offers of admission will be made to children on the waiting list as positions become available. If my child’s name reaches the top of the waiting list and a position becomes available, KIPP Indianapolis College Preparatory will make immediate efforts to reach me at the above-listed address and phone number to extend an offer of admission and to schedule a home visit.
If KIPP Indianapolis College Preparatory makes a good faith effort to reach me but is unable to schedule a home visit and complete the required paperwork within ten days, my child’s place at KIPP Indianapolis College Preparatory will automatically be surrendered to the next child on the waiting list.
